Sausage Cabiatta Rolls

I took mild Italian sausage and made into patties to grill (which I surprisingly did not over cook - so nice & juicy), melted some Swiss cheese, and just garnished with mayo, avocado, onion, tomatoes & lettuce on lightly toasted Cabiatta rolls. So good my youngest wanted seconds. :0)
